The simple version
The calculator does not collect or transmit your inputs or results. It requires no file uploads, account, or sign-up. All calculations happen locally in your browser.
Inputs and results
File size, connection speed, utilization, and results are held in the current page’s memory. This application does not save them to cookies, local storage, a database, or URL parameters. A page reload starts with the default example; browser history restoration or autofill may restore fields according to your browser settings.
The tool does not request access to your files. It uses only the numerical values you enter.
No analytics or third-party requests
This application contains no analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, third-party fonts, or API calls. Your browser loads the site’s HTML, styles, JavaScript, and icon from the site host. The calculation itself makes no network requests and continues to work after the page has loaded, even if your connection drops.
The site host may process ordinary requests and technical access logs, such as an IP address, as part of serving these static files. Those are separate from the calculator, and the application does not send your entered values to the host.
Copying a result
When you select Copy result, the application asks your browser to write that result to your clipboard. It never reads your clipboard. If the browser blocks access, the result appears in a text box so you can copy it manually.
Copied text is handled by your device, browser, and any clipboard-sync settings you use. If you paste it into another service, that service handles the content according to its own policies.
Your control
You can edit any input or select Reset to restore the default example. Closing the page ends the application’s active session. No account or stored calculator history exists to delete.
